Regarding cisplatin
Sir /ma'am For a patient diagnosed with oral cancer stage 4a (Squamous cell carcinoma) with diabetic history of 10yrs, is cisplatin 50mg given once a week is ok? Our doctor is giving us every week 50mg cisplatin and one of my friend got cisplatin once 21 days. Why is this difference? Is my doctor going right with cisplatin 50mg/ once a week? Patient is also undergoing radiotherapy IGRT 5days /week. Kindly guide 🙏
