Regarding cheeks
When I touch buccal mucosa inside right cheek cavity near lips.i feel rough inside cavity near back of lips just above buccal mucosa but no pain .when I see inside cheek cavity near bussal mucosa .it looks normal.

Kindly provide pictures of particular rough area (if possible). Few questions are there like any deleterious oral habit present or not.how long this roughness present etc. I suggesting you to go for a detail online consultation or visit nearby dental clinic
