REGARDING BREASTMILK SUPPLY
My son is 4 months old and he never latched.I am expressing milk through breast pump and bottle feeding him. I have to give formula as milk is not sufficient for him. For initial 15-16 days somehow milk was enough for him and we didn't need formula. But then slowly milk supply dropped now its very less and he is almost on formula .I am just able to give 100-150 ml of breastmilk to him. Is there any way to increase the supply as baby doesn't latch at all? And is 100-150 ml still benefits my baby or should i stop pumping?

Continue pumping Can increase frequency focus on a balanced diet rich in whole grains, proteins, fruits, vegetables, and healthy fats, while staying hydrated. Specific foods that may help include oats, barley, leafy greens, and lean meats, and staying well-hydrated is crucial.
Next Steps
give what ever milk possible your milk is much more than just nutrition.

At 4 months most of the galactagouges  do not work You should have a good protein rich diet You can continue pumping and feeding the baby whatever milk you are able to produce at least till 6 months You can connect for a prescription of medicine to enhance milk production

There are medication to increase your milk production but the latching comes by frequent breastfeeding only.Once the baby gets adapted to bottle feed then it's difficult to breastfeed
