Breast milk supply issue
My baby is 6 months old on breastmilk and formula. I pump out my breastmilk and give it to him as he rejects my nipple. Since this month my breast milk supply is low, i tried lactation granules and capsules but it did not help. It might be the added stress that i am facing as i have resumed working from office.
Please advise what I can do to stop my breast milk supply.
