Regarding breast cancer sono mammogram
Attached report mild fibroadenosis in both the breast with few tiny hypoechoic areas. I am always feeling pain in both breast and loose lump like fat tissue in underarm. Left underarm also paining even before and after periods. Should I take biopsy to see breast cancer or not. Gynaecologist recommended evening primrose oil capsule 1000 mg twice daily. Kindly help

From the report that you have shared I will pass it as a normal report. Difficult to pinpoint the area for biopsy. Please continue Evening Primrose oil and get a repeat consultation with a General Surgeon or a Gynaecologist after 2 months

Your  report  is only  Breast scan ,not MAMMOGRAM. X ray of breasts if done is MAMMOGRAM. Please  do X ray of Breasts too. This report  is looking  normal.
