Blood pressure has fluctuations and that is common.
Keep a record of the readings and what you are looking for is a major change in the overall trend over several months rather than readings of blood pressure in isolation.
All the best.

Automatic machines can vary by ±5–10 mmHg, and manual readings also vary depending on the person taking them.
Your values (110/80 to 130/90) are all within normal / borderline-normal range.
Best way to judge:
If automatic shows 120–125/80–85, your true BP is usually around that only (±5 mmHg)
— not always exactly 130/90 or 110/80.
Variation between days is normal.
Check at the same time daily, sitting 5 mins calm.
Your BP overall looks OK, not worrisome.
Digital BP instruments are very sensitive.Record your BP while you are are relaxed, sit with your back rested, feelt on the floor, and your measuring artm at the level of heart.Take 3 readings, don't consider the first reading, take average of 2nd and 3rd reading to get actual BP
In both cases they are in normal range so don't panic. And all our vital parameters like blood pressure, pulse rate, respiratory rate change every minute. So there is nothing to worry about as long as they are within normal limit.

Here’s the simple and clear explanation so you can understand what’s happening with your BP readings:
1. Why automatic and manual readings differ
It is NORMAL for:
• Automatic BP machines to show slightly higher diastolic or fluctuate ±10 mmHg.
• Manual reading taken by a trained person to be more accurate.
A difference of 10–15 mmHg between both methods is common and not harmful.
2. How to interpret YOUR readings
Your values:
Day 1
• Automatic: 125/86
• Manual: 130/90
Day 2
• Automatic: 123/82
• Manual: 110/80
This variation is normal, because BP changes due to stress, talking, position, cuff size, time of day, etc.
3. Which reading should you trust?
If the manual reading is done properly:
Manual > Automatic in accuracy
But for daily monitoring, use automatic — it is consistent with itself.
4. So how to mentally calculate the “true” value?
For you specifically:
Your automatic BP tends to be:
• Systolic 5–10 mmHg lower
• Diastolic 3–5 mmHg higher
So if your automatic machine shows:
120–125 / 80–85
You can assume your true BP is approximately:
Around 125–130 / 80–85
This is NOT 130/90 every time, but generally close.
If automatic says:
• 122/82 → true BP ~125/80
• 125/85 → true BP ~130/85
• 118/78 → true BP ~120/80
5. Is your BP normal?
Yes. Your readings fall into:
Normal to High-Normal range
But not hypertension.
6. When to worry
Only if:
• Systolic consistently >135 on automatic
• Diastolic consistently >90
• You have symptoms (headache, palpitations, dizziness)

Final simple rule for you
Trust the AUTOMATIC for trends, MANUAL for accuracy.
If your automatic shows 120–125/80–85, you are absolutely fine.

BP readings can vary between automatic and manual machines due to posture, cuff position, and device accuracy, so small differences like yours are normal. What matters is the overall average, and your values (around 120–125/80–85) fall in the normal range. Measure after resting for 5 minutes with your arm at heart level, and if needed, compare your device once with a clinic machine for confirmation.

YESNO
Having high BP depends on many factors. Nowadays hypertension is seen to start from a very early age because of a very unhealthy lifestyle. If you have a family history of high BP and have a very sedentary and stressful life, you are prone to have it. In your case, this difference is very much common between manual and electronic BP measuring machines. But remember that if your Diastolic BP is constantly above 90, it means that you have to take some necessary steps. You can consult me for this
Yes , bp is fluctuating, but your readings either taken manually or by automatic machine, they are consider normal
Normal range of bp is
110-130/ 80-100
In these range it can vary
If its fluctuating more than 130/100, then it can be alarming sign, so in that case, you have to limit your salt intake from daily diet, no oily or fried foods, no spicy food
Need to keep mointering readings daily and record it on paper so that graph can be formed
Next Steps
So your case is absolutely ok
These variations are normal
Even at same time, if you will take reading from both right upper and left upper, they are also different
BP variation between automatic and manual machines is common. Automatic machines can show slightly higher readings. Your values (110–130 / 80–90) are within the normal–borderline range and not worrisome.
Next Steps
• Check BP 3 times a week, morning and evening
• Sit calmly for 5 minutes before checking
• Prefer manual reading if available
Health Tips
Avoid excess salt, stress, and caffeine. If BP stays above 140/90, get evaluated once.
