Regarding beard growth
I can't grow beard properly .
The facila hairs are almost zero ..just a mustache is on my face and some chin hairs and cheek hair are almost nil

Well you are only 22yrs old so i suggest you wait for a few years before taking any treatment. Wait till you are 24-25yrs old and then consult a dermatologist for the same.

after a proper evaluation is done for ruling out any hormonal issues, you can try treatment to increase the thickness of the existing area. I would advise you to wait till 25 yrs of age and if there is no improvement, you can go for a beard hair transplant
