Few things you can monitor, 1 ) urine output, child should passed atleast 4-5 times urine in 24 hours or should passed urine atleast in 6 hours. If child is not passed urine in last 6 hours, give breastfeed feed and look for urine if not passed in 30-45 min you should consult pediatrician. 2) weight gain: if child is gaining weight and adequately then no need to worry. 3) development : if child grows well no need to worry. 4) frequency of feed: child should take atleast 6-7 times adequate feeding in 24 hours. If it is less then wake up child and give feeding
Next Steps
Consult pediatrician online or in person at clinic if any of above problems .
