Regarding adenoid and allergy test
Hi, My son has adenoid and his nose is 80 percent blocked according to ENT doctor. He get reoccurring cough. Currently I am giving him nebulisation whenever he gets coughing(it lasts for 3-4 hours without nebuliser and gets ok with nebulisation, 3-4 days one daily or 2 in a day. It depends) So i want to know should i also go for his allergy test food and environmental or after 6 I can go for it? Thanks.

Good evening Does he have mouth breathing ? Any swallowing difficulty ? Does he snore at night ? Any nasal bleed? Kindly get consulted for further management

If Adenoid causing significant nasal block with chronic mouth breathing, better to go for Adenoid removal surgery. For allergy symptoms and asthma you may opt for allergy testing and allergy vaccination
