Reg Excercise for Weight loss
Is there any relation of sexual libido with Excercise? I am thirty and not physically active, due to anxiety and mental health issues. My office job is mental work as I am a college teacher. I have been gaining weight from the lockdown. I cannot go to gym or do heavy duty Excercise. Also, I cannot control or curb my appetite. Is their any form of Excercise that would help me feel active and better? I have scoliosis of upper spine, so there is curved posture and back pain too. If you can help me out it will be great
