1) continue treatment of Neurophysician
2) Do gentle stretching of whole body once a day
3) Keep her active and support her activities
4) Avoid heavy weight lifting and activity which makes her fatigue
5)Give her nutritious diet and keep her hydrated
6)correct her posture if she is having and incorrect posture
7)Maintain her proper sleeping positioning
8)Make a proper routine and correct rehabilitation program for her at home setup
