Reducing weight during breastfeeding
Hello! I'm exclusively breastfeeding my 4 month baby and can I reduce my weight with moderate exercise?(without affecting my appropriate calorie intake) If I do so, will it affect my breastmilk supply?

Yes but you have to take sufficient calories u dont need to cutdown,need to take balance diet.
