Reducing waist size
In the last few years my waist size has increased from 34 to almost 40 now.Very recently I have started exercising for half an hour daily as well as controlling my diet. I have lost 4 Kgs in two weeks but the belly size remain same. Also the weight loss rate has almost stopped after those initial 4kgs. What should I do to get rid of the belly in max 3months? My total calorie intake is around 1500 cals now as per app data. I am consuming around 60gms of protein per day. Previously I used to consume around 2200 cals per day.

Hi continue your exercise and include some strength training in your routine. Eat small regular meals. 2-3 fruits per day. 4 almonds and 4 walnuts daily. Drink at least 3 liters of water daily. Increase the amount if fiber like salads and green leafy vegetables in your diet. Increase protein slowly in the diet. Add sprouts, pulses, buttermilk, paneerand curd to your diet. If non vegetarian you can have eggs, fish and lean chicken.
