Reducing steriod induced weight gain
I have been on prednisolone for more than a year and i put on 20kgs in this period. My diet mostly consists of salads and occasional salt and sugar intake. I exercise 4 to 5 times a week for an hour each. I don't find diet or exercise having any impact on the weight I have gained. Is there anything specific that needs to be done to reverse the side effects of the medication.
