Reducing body fat
I have been working out for 3 years now my body fat is stuck at 20%, goal is to get it to 10 %. Can you help me. I am a non vegetarian and eat chicken, mutton and fish. Lactose intolerance so can't eat any dairy products. Preparing for a tele series rule which requires a 6 pack.
