Greetings.
I have very normal body texture(thin but not so thin). I don't have fat even on my belly but I have very large breast size (actually big compared to my body type and texture). Because of this, I feel less confident. Sometimes, I don't feel good about myself and get depressed. I searched for many exercises but I found that there is no target specific exercise. If I am doing any exercise , I will ultimately lose more weight(anyway my weight is only 45-47 kgs). What should I do?
