  3. Thin wrists and forearms. For this?

Thin wrists and forearms
I am a person suffering with very very thin wrists and forearms..my other body parts have normal fat. But since my childhood my wrists and forearms are very thin ..no diet plan will work on it .is there any immediate ,and permanent medication or treatment or surgery for this ? Please help me.
