Thin wrists
I'm a 25yr female with height 5'4" and weight 50kgs. I've a very thin wrists with all the nerves clearly visible. Overall my hand is a thinner one. My legs are strong and whole body is strong and perfect except my wrists. I am very much concerned. I feel ashamed due to this. What can I do to increase the size of my wrists and forearms? Plz plz plz help me. Is there any permanent solution like medication/ surgery etc. And for this problem Which specialist I have to contact? Orthopaedician / dietician / cosmetic surgeon?
