Hyy I'm a 23 yr old girl but look like 12 my body structure is very thin..my waist is also very thin..can I increase width of my waist and upper body..suggest any exercise ..help me plzz

Please share your weight for best advise.if your BMI is ok,you should not try to put on weight,rather must try to build some muscle with proper diet and exercises.in general eat a healthy diet rich in protein vegtables and fruits.
