Since any oral lesion or condition can not be clearly diagnosed without clinical checkup, I would advise you for palliative treatment. Avoid any spicy food, extreme hot and cold food items, maintain proper oral hygiene. And if it helps, apply Dologel CT on the affected area twice a day for 7 days.
