Red patch on tongue

Hello , did u noticed it for d first time ?? Was such lesion noticed before also and then it disappeared and came back ??
As its asymptomatic no treatment but keep a minute observation for its position wheter it appears at another place in future .

This is called geographic tongue. This is non significant desquamation of tongue mucosa. The location of this keeps changing on the surface of tongue.
