Hey. Such round, red patches are pretty common among young children because of a more vulnerable skin barrier and lesser natural moisturising factors in the skin. It’s completely treatable but a detailed history must be elicited. Such lesions are itchy, so I’d suggest that you book a consultation to get a proper diagnosis and treatment plan as soon as possible.
