Red painful bumps in inner thighs
Hi, I am having red painful bumps on inner thighs from last 2 months. My local doctor gave me Asidrem-OC cream. It heals when I apply but this red allergy come again very soon in 2-3 days. I then thought it could be Syphilis 2nd stage as per my symptoms as its painful, but the test came negative. Could you please guide what it can be. Attached photos.

The recurring red bumps on the inner thighs appear to be recurrent intertriginous folliculitis or tinea cruris (fungal infection) with possible steroid-modified features due to Asidrem-OC use.
Next Steps
Stop using steroid-based creams as they can worsen fungal infections long-term. Start an antifungal cream (like luliconazole) and keep the area dry.
Health Tips
Fungal infections in groin areas often need 3–4 weeks of consistent treatment and oral meds if recurrent. For confirmation and a tailored plan, please consider an online consultation with a dermatologist and share close-up images plus history of any prior treatments.
