C/c- patient comlains of red colour discoloration on the tongue

Do not find any alarming cause. looks like dietary deficiency, insult from diet intake such as hot or spicy food
Provisional diagnosis -
Inflammation with red patch on the tongue of recent origin with no cause or history provided from the patient
Differential diagnosis -
Dietary deficiency of riboflavin.
Hot or spicy food intake causing this insult injury to soft tissue tongu dorsum
Diagnostic tests -
please report to nearby clinic if of concern. selfhealing otherwise
Treatment advise for -
Dietary advise, riboflavin? supplement, nutrition, avoid taking hot or spicy foods
Prognosis -
good
