Red lines inside mouth

Asked for Female, 27 Years

I can see red lines (red nerves) in the back of my throat near tonsils. I have stopped smoking recently. I'm scared that it might be symptoms of oral cancer. I don't whom I should contact. ENT specialist can help me in this? This also could be an infection.
