Red bumps on my tongue no pain on that bumps and both side of my tongue became red and little swelling sometimes and little pain

Hi  sir....     Red bumbs may be due to traumatic bite,or vitamin  deficiency or burns from hot foods or medicine allergy or some food allergy...
