Hey are you sexually active .
Can be recurrent HPV or other STI.
It can be normal pustules also , may be due to waxing or hair removal .
Though if it is reoccurring it needs treatment for quite some time , say a fortnight non stop . Hopefully then it will improve , and vaginal boils may not reoccur

Most often it occurs due to an infection. U need to treat them and need to maintain proper hygeine. Some of the medications helps to treat them and also wear loose outfits while u are on treatment. Take consult for prooer advice
