Good day Please, I have recurring sore throat and cough; mostly dry but sometimes with sputum Did tonsillectomy about 4 years ago due to these symptoms but there has been no difference It's hard to swallow, my throat burns I have tried a lot of antibiotics based on doctor's prescription, no difference still

Always drink lukewarm water. Don't allow the throat to be dry so have sips of water regularly. Do the gargles with salt and turmeric in lukewarm water 3 times a day and don't eat or drink anything for 20mins after gargles.
