Recurrence sore throat

What should be done for recurrence of sore throat due to LPR ? 3-4 times sore throat in a month happening.

Hi. LPRD requires the treatment to be continued for a few weeks. Also, it requires a few lifestyle changes like small frequent meals, plenty of oral fluids, reduction in the consumption of Tea/Coffee, keeping a time gap of atleast 1.5 to 2 hours between meals and lying down, avoiding fried and spicy food etc. Unless these are followed, the LPR is bound to recur.
