Recuring delayed period from past 2Month

Asked for Female, 27 Years

My wife have a problem with delayed in periods which is being delayed from last two months. Last time it took 15 days after normal period date and for this month as well it is more than 14 days. Although, we did pregnancy test and it was negative three times. Due to this delay she is experiencing abdominal pain and cramps including back and leg pain. Please suggest.
