Hi! Everyone i had a very bad accident few days ago luckily all my bones are okay but my few scratches and soft tissues have taken heavy damage... Please recomend me a diet which can help me recover fast and I'm already over weight so I'm looking for less food with less oil..

You can start with high protein meal in your breakfast and lunch. Take regular meal at every 2 hourly.
Include seasonal fruits n vegetables in your diet. Fresh fruits n juices will help you more.
