Receeding gums
Due to receding gums, there are gaps between teeth. Fodd particles are struck up in the gaps, making it difficult to clean. there is also tooth pain in the upper left side tooth

Hello
Always maintain your oral hygiene , try to floss when ever possible . If it's difficult to floss use a interdental brush or waterpik( it's a water jet), u can purchase online . Both are very convinient .
Regarding the pain there might be a pocket or a cavity . It's better u take a professional advise.
