Hello,
Our brains have a capacity to concentrate for a maximum period of 45 minutes.Nobody will be able to concentrate beyong this point. Break your study time to units of 30 minutes with adequate breaks in between. Do not use mobile, computer and watch TV during the breaks . Get adequate physical exercise.
