Visit to dentist is must to examine the tooth in question..In case of pain and deep cavity in tooth RCT( root canal treatment) has to be done followed by crown to save the tooth with accurate treatment..Examination is must clinically as well as with x ray for the final diagnosis whether tooth can be saved or is there a need of extraction..
