Most of the time such rashes are due to irritation with the sanitary pads. Please change your brand of pads.
You should wear loose fitting cotton underwear.
You can apply coconut oil or olive oil and liberal dabbing with antifungal powder like Abzorb.

Clean area with lukewarm water..keep it clean and dry.you can apply antibacterial coconut oil.if rash is severe then need appointment .

Start using cotton sanitary pads and change your sanitary pad every 4-6 hours. Maintain hygiene during menses. If you still have rashes despite switching to cotton pads then you need to connect online for treatment.
