I get 2 or 3 reddish non-itchy rashes on my thighs everytime i complete my workout. Is that a normal phenomenon?

Yes it is the normal phenomenon due to friction which happens whenever we exercise and because of that the hair root is pulled out and something called superficial folliculitis happens
Next Steps
avoid friction as far as possible and keep the area cool and well aerated
