My 11 month old child has rashes near genitals and pubic area since 2days...its red small bumps like rash...tried rash cream but not working is it fungal infection...can I use candid powder and antifungal cream

Apply sialoderm cream three times a day till the rashes go away. Keep the area dry. Avoid use of diaper for 1 week. Thank you
