Today A stray dog that was not vaccinated touched his nose and licked my hand, which had no cuts. I rinsed that hand under running water, and the water that touched the area where the dog had licked splashed onto my other hand, which has a few small cuts. Do I need to get vaccinated?

Rabies viruses doesn't have indirect transmission like that. It can only spread directly from fresh saliva to a bleeding wound. No need to worry
