After biting or scratching an indoor dog, if a stray dog lives more than 10 days healthy during his observation period, it indicates that he is not infected with rabies at the time of bite or scratch. Your pet is also completely vaccinated that vaccination immunity itself will protect him completely, so there is no need to worry about infection.

See, if there was no bleeding or actual scratches (teeth) from the incident or even if scratches were from the paws then there is no need for vaccination. And you've observed the dog for 16 days in perfect behaviour you don't have much to worry about.

If you are not sure whether your dog was scratched or bitten then it is recommended to get post bite injections as a precautionary measure irrespective of whether the community dog showed symptoms of rabies or not
Next Steps
so I advice going for post bite vaccination
