Quit Drinking
I am a regular alcoholic since 12 years. I drink ~300ml of Whiskey everyday, and occasionally go over that. I want to understand the effects if I quit Alcohol immediately.

Quitting immediately Needs s lot of will power and self control Better to go slow making it on the weekends only or skipping days in between for better control Abruptly giving up Can lead to alcohol withdrawal symptoms and there will b a tendency to getting back to it regularly then
