Quick ejaculation after circumcision
April 2022 my circumcision was done. After that I am ejaculating too soon during sex like within a minute or two. I am using Manforce Staylong Gel but not getting any helpful results. I also tried wearing 2 condoms but no satisfied results. From that day my partner also dissatisfied. Please Help.

You need to consult a Psychiatrist and discuss regarding starting dapoxetine 60mg before intercourse. If it doesn't work you can discuss regarding trying clomipramine, yohimbine or apomorphine. Along with it, try to spend more time in foreplay (atleast 20-30 minutes) rather than just jumping to penetration. Simultaneously, you should use a medicated condom with local anesthetics (eg. Benzocaine) rather than a normal one.
