Swelling post circumcision
Hi doc, i have very big swelling post circumcision below head of the penis near glans and it seems to be swollen forskin which has attached to glans and there is no major pain or bleeding. It has been 4 days after circumcision but the swelling was from day 1 which has not been reduced. I am applying and changing dressing but it gets wet while urinating. Swelling is almost half the size of my glans so i am worried and my doc has told me to keep the dressing and wait till it goes down. I am worried because of its size.

Hi, usually it's normal to have swelling post surgery which starts subsiding from ,5 to 7 days. After such period still if swelling persist then will suggest you to contact your surgeon and discuss if required also go for second opinion. Please feel free to contact me if you have any further doubts.
