“After circumcision, it is generally advisable to avoid masturbation and sexual activity for about 4–6 weeks, or until the wound is completely healed and there is no pain, swelling, bleeding, or discharge. After healing, there is no fixed ‘ideal’ frequency of masturbation—do it according to comfort and without causing soreness.
For stronger/longer erections, medicines may help, but because you have diabetes and high BP, they should be started only after checking your BP, cardiovascular status, and current medicines. Do not use sildenafil/tadalafil if you are taking nitrate medicines such as nitroglycerin/isosorbide. An erection lasting more than 4 hours is an emergency.
If your erection is lasting only around 5 minutes, the cause should be evaluated rather than simply taking an erection-strengthening medicine.”
