Hi,
It's good that you have stopped to take aginomoto, as it contains MSG, which is not good for health. Actually it's used as food additive, which make food crispy and tasty, overall help to improve texture, but if anyone have it in regular basis, it can affects function of vital organs, thus effect on metabolism. Now you just need to focus on balanced diet. You are very young, still there is growth and development at your age. Include good quality protein, more fruits and vegetables in your daily life and drink 3 litre water per day. Increase your activity level and have sound sleep about 6-7 hours.
