While applying injection if a compounder touches on the area of injection or sometimes puts finger on injection needle to administer properly, does that pose a risk for hepatitis or other blood related infection as he administers to so many patients?

Touching the injection needle with hand or finger is a dangerous practice. But we can do nothing about it.
The attitude of administration is very negative (against the general public) in this regard.
