Query Regarding Baby Planning
We are thinking of planning a baby and have some queries: 1) My blood group is A+ and my wife's blood group is A-, anything that we need to take care of additionally? 2) My wife's weight is around 81KGs. Her Vitamin D is low due to which she sometimes feels pain in her legs. Is that something that could be worrisome from the pregnancy point of view. 3) Both of us are 28+ ( will turn 29 in Sept/Oct) this year. Any concerns from an age perspective? 4) Anything additional that we need to be aware of or take precaution against?

Start folic acid and vitamin D supplements from now on. Try spontaneously for atleast 6 months. Weight is on the higher side but BMI is more important than the weight. Obesity can cause subfertility. Even loosing 5 kg weight will help her with getting pregnant
