Quadriceps Effusion
I workout daily and 1 year ago i got a condition called quadriceps effusion, it doesn't cause pain though. On visiting a physiotherapist she said not to worry and i just need to put mass around the area, Even after one year the result is same

Try to do KT taping for quadriceps and stretching for the same. Then let see how much difference you can feel.
Next Steps
start doing stretching for quadriceps but it should be hold relax technique.
