Quadriceps muscle non contraction
Due to knee effusion , my quadriceps muscle has gone weak.Now knee effusion is cured, how long will it take to strengthen quadriceps with physiotherapy.

your quadriceps have beeb gone to inhibition. Need to activate the muscle and start progressive strengthening exercises
