QTip has little blood
I was using a q tip and post that I see little blood in the q tip, no loss of hearing, very little pain scale of 0- 10 it would be around .1 or something. Ear feels little stuffed though. Is there any drops that I can use to clean.y ears rather than a q tip?? PS: this has happened to me before and the ENT said it's due to the q tip use after inspection but did not give me any drops.

I would personally suggest that you not use any ear buds or do any self cleaning to the ears. The ear wax has a natural tendency to come out by itself.. Using ear buds only pushes it back inside. And also the itching becomes more intense after using them due to dryness and irritation of the ear canal skin. As for this episode kindly visit a nearby ent specialist for examination and confirmation
