Puss cells and premature ejaculation

I facing problem actually when I musterbate and semen comes i find lots of puss cells in my semen .and also im facing premature ejaculation problem I'm only 22 I'm young but I'm so worried please help me.

You cannot determine about the puss cells just by looking at it. For that you need to get the semen analysis done.
One of the ways of treating premature ejaculation is by controlled masturbation.
Excessive masturbation may leads to the damage of nerves supplying penis..which in future leads to erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation.
Do not use porn - generally it is pretty unrealistic and is not useful as a first sexual experience. Sex with your marriage partner will probably be quite different, and unless she is open to using porn as part of your sex play - there will be no porn to encourage you to ejaculate. Try to fantasize in your head or focus on the feeling in your body and leave your mind out of it completely.
